I bought this from bellahousewares.com and felt misled once I started putting it together. The instructions made it seem like setup would be simple, but a few steps were missing and some of the pictures didn’t even match the parts I had. I ended up guessing through a lot of it, which was frustrating. I checked the website hoping for clearer help, but that didn’t really solve anything either. Not a great experience.

I really expected this to last longer, but it stopped working after about two weeks. Disappointing, and I wouldn’t count on it if you need something reliable

I really wanted this to work, but it just didn’t fit well on my counter. My countertop is on the smaller side, and this ended up hanging over the edge more than I expected. Maybe it works better for people with more space, but for me it felt too bulky. Curious if others with small counters had the same issue.

I reached out to Bella Housewares about a problem I was having, i wasn’t expecting an instant reply or anything, but the wait was way longer than it should’ve been. Then when they finally got back to me, it felt like they kind of skimmed over what I asked and sent a response that didn’t really solve anything.
I ended up having to follow up a few more times, which got old fast, and even after all that, I still didn’t have a clear answer or real fix. Maybe I caught them on a bad week, I don’t know, but based on this experience, I really wouldn’t say their customer service was good.

I bought this from bellahousewares.com, it just doesn’t heat evenly at all. Some areas barely get warm, while other spots get way too hot. So yeah, cooking with it ends up being kind of frustrating. I really expected it to work better.

From what I remember using it, this thing was way louder than I expected, especially first thing in the morning. I only gave it a short try, but the noise was enough for me to decide quickly that it wasn’t going to work, so I returned it.

the prices felt a bit too high for what they were. Even the basic stuff didn’t seem that budget-friendly, and once I compared it with other stores, it just didn’t really make sense for me.

Maybe the quality’s good, but I was shopping on a tight budget and it just wasn’t affordable. I ended up leaving without buying anything.

I wanted to like this, and I really wasn’t expecting much drama from a basic product, but here we are. It felt cheap right out of the box, and after totally normal use, it just didn’t hold up. Maybe I got unlucky, but it’s always nice when something lasts longer than a few uses.

I checked out the website it just feels a bit messy and old-fashioned. The colors don’t really work well together, the layout looks dated, and some of the photos seem kind of odd or out of place. It feels like a preventable issue with a little more attention to design and presentation.

Not gonna lie, I bought this from Bella Housewares thinking it would be super easy to use, but the cleanup has been way more annoying than I expected. Food gets stuck in all these tiny corners, and the parts don’t rinse clean very well at all.
I feel like I spend more time scrubbing it than actually using it. It might work fine for what it’s supposed to do, but if easy cleanup is important to you, I’d probably skip it.

I didn’t feel very safe using it. The safety features seemed weak, and it feels like there are policy loopholes that let too much slide instead of actually protecting users. It’s frustrating because the rules sound good on paper, but in practice they don’t seem to do much...

I really wanted to give Bella a chance, but dealing with their warranty support left me feeling disappointed. My item broke while it was still under warranty, so I thought getting help would be simple, but it just felt like I kept getting passed around with slow replies and no clear answer. After a while, I was more stressed than anything and ended up giving up. If getting support is this difficult, I don’t feel comfortable buying from Bella again.

It works fine, but it takes up more counter space than I thought it would. I was expecting something a bit more compact, so just double check the size if you're short on space like me

I opened it and immediately thought, “Wait, is this it?” The capacity is really tiny and it barely fits what I needed it for. It looked much bigger online, so yeah, I’m disappointed

At first, my Bella appliance seemed to work just fine, so I thought it was going to be okay. But after a few weeks, it started randomly cutting out, and now it only turns on sometimes. I’m not sure if I just got a bad one or what, but it definitely feels like it should have lasted longer. Frustrating, and I probably wouldn’t buy it again

I just needed one small replacement part and couldn’t find it anywhere on their site. Trying to get help was frustrating too, it felt like everything was automated and there was no way to actually talk to a real person. Annoying that I might have to replace the whole thing over one missing part.

I tried one of their recipes and it came out bad. The timing seemed off, or maybe the oven just didn’t like it, but it ended up dry and kind of strange. I followed it close enough, so I’m blaming the recipe. Probably won’t bother trying another one...

Well... I really wanted to like this, but it’s been disappointing. The food keeps coming out burned on one side and still not fully cooked on the other. I’ve tried messing with the temperature and cook times, but it hasn’t really made much of a difference. It also takes longer to heat up than I expected. Overall, the cooking performance just isn’t there for me.

The return process was more annoying than it needed to be. It took me longer than expected just to figure out the steps, and getting clear help wasn’t exactly easy. I felt like I had to keep chasing around for basic info, which got frustrating fast. In the end, I managed to get it sorted, so I guess it worked out, but for a simple return, it really shouldn’t be that much trouble. I’m not saying it was a total disaster, but I probably wouldn’t order again

I had a hard time finding what I was looking for, and the pages were loading really slowly. Maybe I’m reading too much into it, but the whole site kind of gives off the vibe that it wasn’t designed with regular customers in mind. I just expected it to be a lot easier to navigate
